We are looking for

Wij zijn op zoek naar bevlogen en getalenteerde consultants voor onze Projects & Change vakgroep. Binnen deze rol ben je bezig met het realiseren van veranderingen door het ontwerpen, aansturen en ondersteunen van projecten en projectorganisaties. Dit doen wij met zowel de bekende en bestaande methodieken, als onze eigen ontworpen pragmatische aanpak.

Type opdrachten

  • Wij helpen onze klanten door verschillende rollen te vervullen zoals projectmanager, scrummaster, PMO-er, verandermanager óf projectportfolio manager. Samen met andere Improven collega’s en de klant zijn wij actief in verschillende projecten, zoals systeemimplementaties, reorganisaties of procesoptimalisaties.
  • Wij helpen ook met het professionaliseren van Project- & Portfoliomanagement van de klant, door samen een eenduidige aanpak, organisatie en bijbehorende tooling te definiëren of selecteren en natuurlijk te implementeren. Daar hoort ook het trainen en coachen van projectmanagers en opdrachtgevers bij. Wij gaan pas weg als de projecten goed lopen en het projectportfolio onder controle is.
