FOR YOU

During the Young Improven programme, you will spend 18 months developing your skills as a consultant. You will combine practical experience with personal development and, step by step, build up the knowledge, skills and self-confidence needed to succeed in the profession.
 

TRAINING COURSES & CERTIFICATIONS

You will follow a comprehensive training programme covering both professional and personal development. This includes consultancy skills, communication, stakeholder management and relevant certifications that contribute to your professional development.

LEADING ORGANISATIONS

Right from the start, you’ll gain experience at leading organisations. You’ll work on challenging projects, get to know different organisations and discover where your interests and talents are best utilised.

PERSONAL COACHING

You’re not on your own. Throughout the programme, you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues who are committed to your development. With a coach, regular development meetings and personalised attention, you’ll receive the support you need to get the best out of yourself.
