
Levarht
Levarht is contributing to a healthier world. With over 400 employees, the traditionally wonderful family-owned business ensures that fruit and vegetables are accessible to as many people in the world as possible. The organisation specialises in adding value to many different fruits and vegetables. These products are delivered all over the world, controlled from its headquarters in De Kwakel (North Holland). In addition, Levarht has several cultivation and production sites and uses several business partners abroad to provide customers with the best quality. To get professionalisation to the desired level, the Levarht2.0 programme has been developed. This programme consists of several projects including the implementation of (1) a new ERP system and (2) a product information management system (PIM system).

Our approach
Improven had the opportunity to support Levarht in the following areas, among others:
- Support the programme structure in the Levarht 2.0 programme
Substantive support for the implementation of the new ERP system - Realising the implementation of the PIM system. Setting up and optimising the relevant PIM processes and (the) Master Data department
- Increase project maturity, stakeholder engagement and user coaching
- Improven worked with the programme manager of Levarht 2.0 to set up and implement the project structure. This focused on a clear governance model with clear roles & responsibilities, fixed consultation structure and an escalation and delegation flow.
- Improven was also responsible for project progress, communication and coaching the project team to professionalise the organisation. As icing on the cake, Improven helped support the GoLive for one of its largest clients.
Result
In its role as project manager of the PIM system, Improven worked closely with the supplier to embed the organisation's wishes and requirements into the well-functioning end product. The processes were designed in such a way that the data is secured in the right way and that the process and data owners, as well as other users, are aware of the importance of accurate data (data awareness).
Improven's consultants (co-)facilitated the successful go-live of two systems. They also helped structure and professionalise the organisation and set up the various stock and assortment processes. Based on this result, Improven was asked to build further on the set-up of various organisation-wide processes. This phase is now in full swing and is being executed with great pleasure. Among other things, Improven is working on the process model, detailed processes and employee responsibilities in Levarht's new Way-of-Working.
