Sometimes, this is even the main way of achieving change. We call the set of projects and programmes the project portfolio. Managing the project portfolio, in addition to the individual projects and programmes, is complex. So every reason to pay attention to the methodological aspects of programmes, projects and the project portfolio, but also to the skills to implement this within the organisation.
