During this training, you will learn the essential elements of project management that are going to make the difference for you to make every project a success. By getting acquainted with the Pragmatic Project Management approach, you will discover how to manage your project. We challenge you to go out with the right questions, both when drawing up the project plan and when implementing it. We take you through the control model in which this approach works optimally and go through the different phases and steps of the project.

Specifically for Project Owners / Clients / Steering Committee, we have developed a curriculum that better enables them to fulfil their own role within a project/programme based on role clarity, which also contributes to the performance of the project leader/project manager and thus the ultimate project result for the organisation.

In practice, we find that the need also arises through training the project leaders/project managers, which causes them to develop strongly and, in the project owner/steering group, also creates a development need as a result, so that they can continue to function as a sparring partner and jointly achieve an optimal project result.

Project Team members

Specifically for team members, we have created a curriculum that enhances team members' ability to contribute to the success of the project. Key to success here is cooperation between and with the project manager. Here, too, we use a good mix of theory and practical exercises from our casebook, supplemented by a game format.

Project Management Assessment 

Assessment

In professionalisation processes, we like to use personal Project Management Assessments as a baseline measurement. The manager then has insight in which area(s) the development potential lies. Via targeted coaching from Improven, we ensure that project managers will develop in the right direction.
