We are looking for
Our Business Risk Services division is growing and so we are looking for inspired and talented consultants. In this role, you will work as an advisor in the field of sustainability and sustainability reporting (SDG, ESG, CSRD). You will also provide multidisciplinary support, together with other colleagues, to our clients with high-quality advice on control and improvement. Internally, you help build our Sustainability proposition and are actively involved in expanding our network.
Together with your colleagues at Improven, you will develop your professional knowledge and your personal skills by doing challenging customer assignments and by attending training and courses. You have good communication skills, enjoy performing audits and giving advice, are entrepreneurial and customer-oriented. You manage your own development.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience within the field,
- Knowledge of sustainability standards such as CSRD, SDG, ESRS,
- Affinity with innovative technology and data analytics,
- A personal view of market developments and their impact on business models, organisations, risk management and processes,
- Consulting skills (listening, presentation, project management and self-management);
- A good command of the Dutch and English languages (verbal and written).
- Preferably experience with dashboarding, reporting, process and organisational design and data analysis;

- Salary between €3,200 and €6,500. Your knowledge, experience and (growth) potential will be taken into account in our final offer
