Doing what energises you

In de functie van medewerker projectbeheer en administratie zorg jij voor een kloppende projectadministratie van A tot Z. Hieronder valt onder andere het administreren en factureren van de projecten vanuit de business. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van mutaties en het rapporteren over de volledigheid van de projectdossiers. Je bent samen met je bevlogen collega’s hét aanspreekpunt van onze backoffice en zoekt verbinding met interne belanghebbenden en opdrachtgevers. Vanuit je expertise geef je gevraagd en ongevraagd advies aan projectverantwoordelijke managers en je leidinggevende. Improven is een groeiende organisatie waarbij we voortdurend investeren in het optimaliseren van onze processen en systemen. Wat breng je mee:

  • MBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Relevante werkervaring. Deze ervaring kan je ook uit een stage of bijbaan verkregen hebben;
  • Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden (Nederlands). In deze functie komen namelijk vragen vanuit de business (interne en externe klant) die beantwoord moeten worden. Communicatief sterk zijn is daarvoor nodig;
  • You are solution- and service-oriented. You are also assertive enough to retrieve missing information from the manager in charge or from the customer. Being afraid to speak to someone is not in your vocabulary;
  • Je bent georganiseerd en nauwkeurig. Je controleert op volledigheid, tijdigheid en juistheid van de projectadministratie inclusief het up-to-date houden hiervan.
