You are able to make the vision and objectives of digital transformation concrete and visualise them like no other. 

You do this in such a way that the intention is paramount. You know what the end goal is, share that end goal and help guide the steps that need to be taken. You know what is needed to take organisations on this journey: with a digital strategy, a roadmap, workshops, process designs, change plans and simply with lots of contact moments with stakeholders. You are not a technical IT person, but someone who can bring everything together.

What will you do as a Consultant within Digital Transformation?

  • As a true connector, you will carry the change needed to work in the digital workplace of the future.
  • You are interlocutor for both management and employees in the change management side of working with data and technology.
  • You will coordinate the adoption of digital projects and processes and ensure their smooth incorporation into business operations.
  • You will guide several complex digital transformation projects, inspire teams and ensure the best collaboration between ICT and data professionals and the line organisation
  • You enhance the digital leadership of executive teams and team leaders

  • Salary between €3,200 and €6,500. Your knowledge, experience and (growth) potential will be taken into account in our final offer
