Announcement partnership Woonbedrijf and DeSI

After an enjoyable and careful process, Woonbedrijf has chosen to enter into an agreement with DeSI Analytics to use DeSI, the solution for housing associations that want to substantiate data-driven decisions. We are concluding an instructive pilot period with Woonbedrijf.

With approximately 34,000 homes and several hundred commercial properties, Woonbedrijf is one of the largest social landlords in Eindhoven and the surrounding area. The active corporation manages and develops an attractive housing stock in all neighbourhoods, in line with changing housing demands and price categories, with the home attainable with a rent allowance always taking centre stage. A noble ambition. Improven therefore likes to help make the right strategic choices powerfully underpinned and thus simple and well-considered.

For Woonbedrijf, DeSI is particularly interesting because of its simple way of defining and analysing strategic scenarios. This gives them instant insight of the impact on our financial position, our property stock and the social contribution.The name DeSI originated from the amalgamation of Decision Support Improved. One accessible cloud solution, based on SAS and with smooth computing power for even the most complex analyses. The tool was developed by the experienced consultants and developers of OCS Consulting (SAS Gold Partner) and IMPROVEN. An integral tool that offers possibilities to calculate financial and property forecasts quickly but accurately. Thereby, it is possible to create scenarios in which housing associations can examine and substantiate their strategic choices.
