Here at Young IMPROVEN, we are introducing Insights in a Week: a compact, clearly defined process in which we transform your existing data into a professional Power BI dashboard within five working days, providing valuable insights straight away.
How it works
Insights in a Week is an intensive, focused process in which we work with you, from the initial consultation right through to delivery, towards a single clear goal: a single dashboard that helps your organisation focus on the right things.
The approach follows a fixed five-day timeline.
Day 1 – Preparation. We’ll take stock of the available data sources, establish definitions and work with you to define the scope. What do you want to see at a glance?
Day 2 – Building. We set up the dashboard structure, build the first visualisations and derive the initial insights.
Day 3 – Expanding. The dashboard is being further developed and refined, with additional insights added and a draft version provided for review.
Day 4 – Optimisation. Feedback is discussed and acted upon, and the insights are applied to day-to-day practice.
Day 5 – Handover. Final dashboard, including guidance on its use and interpretation. Following delivery, we will remain available for four hours to provide aftercare.
The investment amounts to €5,000 fixed, with no hidden costs. You can get started within a few days.
What it delivers

The process has been implemented at various organisations.
