Where will you make a difference?
As a Finance & Control Consultant, you are the expert who helps organisations get a grip on their financial processes, strengthen the provision of information and realise a grip on performance. You carry out assignments independently, from analysis to implementation. You are a sparring partner for the client, take responsibility and work on complex issues and translate them into practical solutions that work.
Some of our assignments
- Optimisation of financial processes; redesign processes such as P2P and R2R to increase efficiency, reduce errors and provide better control information.
- Cost calculation for reception of asylum seekers at Municipalities; Financial impact analysis of social tasks and policies.
- Analysis of price and efficiency differentials at Royal Vaassen; Create insight into cost structures and improvement potential within production processes.
- Improving reporting and performance management; build dashboards and KPI frameworks that provide real-time insight and support decision-making.
- Forensic audits of financial processes at NGOs; conduct an investigation into legality and efficiency of financial execution.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a consultant with a solid content base and a proactive attitude. Someone who is analytically strong, communicates well and gets energy from realising sustainable improvements.
- A completed HBO or WO education, for example in business administration, accountancy or finance.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in finance, consultancy or project management.
- Affinity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, SAP, or other ERP systems are a plus.
- Sense of the interplay between controllers, accounting, business and governance.
- A drive to work on social relevant topics from a financial perspective.
- Strong communicative skills and the ability to switch between strategy and operations.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn and a drive to develop yourself and others.
- The independence to manage assignments from A to Z as a consultant.
