We are looking for

We are looking for inspired and talented consultants for our Financial Management department. Within this role, you will deal with subjects such as accounting, reporting, financial administrative processes, business control and change management. Naturally, building up and expanding a business-relevant network is also desirable.

Type of assignments

Redesigning financial administrative processes such as P2P, R2R or Q2R and setting up (Financial) Shared Service Centres, as well as to making margin calculations, improving performance management, setting up control functions and the like.
Establishing the costs associated with decommissioning offshore wind farms.
Ensuring that new policies are integrated into financial processes, captured in process descriptions, training developed to train employees
Guiding the integration of two financial shared service centres into one unified way of working
Supervising the implementation of a new ERP system
Forensically auditing an NGO's financial process execution
Calculating the costs incurred by Municipalities in relation to the reception of asylum seekers
Replacing Excel sheets by implementing software to provide integrated project control for Municipal projects
Helping an organisation improve its planning & control cycle

You take with you:

You have a completed HBO/WO education, for example in the direction of Business Economics, Business Administration, Business Administration or Accountancy;
At least 2 years of relevant work experience, some of which should preferably be in a control and/or financial advisory role;
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and reporting law and/or affinity with the operation of financial information systems and/or you have a good mix of analytical, IT and financial knowledge;
You operate well as part of a team and have a professional appearance;
A drive to work on socially relevant issues from a financial perspective;
Sense of learning from former CFOs/Concern/Group Controllers working in our team and sense of mentoring more junior staff on assignments;
Characteristics such as analytical, critical, meticulous and result-oriented are right up your street. You can complete projects under time pressure and have the ambition to develop yourself further;
Strong communication skills;
Consulting skills (listening, presentation, project management and self-management);
A good command of at least the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
