Description
A training course consists of one or more meetings focusing on 'application in practice'. During a training course, participants acquire knowledge and skills that they can then apply in practice.

Goals
Improve or maintain the knowledge and skills of employees. Ver- der contributes to awareness of new or improved techniques in practice (e.g. a Kanban).
Steps
- Determines how training is carried out (classroom, individual, train-the-trainer, etcetera).
- What is trained (content).
- Who will be trained (target groups).
- When to train (timing).
Tips:
- Make sure it is clear how work is to be done and that it is understood why this is so.
- Personalise training by target group.
- Facilitate descriptions and examples alongside instructions.
