INTERIM PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE

Start: end of January | Duration of the assignment: 12 months with the possibility of extension 

Would you like to contribute to the development of large-scale hydrogen storage in the Netherlands? As a PMO, you will play an important role in managing and supporting complex projects.

You will be part of the project team and work closely with project managers, business controllers, risk managers and other stakeholders to ensure a structured approach and optimal decision-making based on a clear roadmap. Within the project teams, you will report to the Lead Finance, Control & Risk and be part of the Business Control department.

What will you do

  • Supporting project management teams in monitoring projects within the hydrogen storage portfolio.
  • Setting up and optimising project management processes based on risks and complete and correct decision-making.
  • Drawing up and monitoring the decision-based roadmap for projects, including identifying critical decision points.
  • Reporting on project progress and risk status to management.
  • Ensuring clear and structured documentation and reports.
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Where will you be working?

Hybrid working is possible. A minimum of three days per week in the office is desirable.

What we ask

  • Completed higher professional education or university education in business administration or business economics or similar.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in project control, project management or project management support, preferably within infrastructure or energy projects.
  • You work in a structured and accurate manner and have strong analytical skills, with an eye for financial trends and KPIs.
  • You have good communication skills and know how to convey complex information clearly.
  • You have an affinity for sustainability and innovation.
  • Experience with large, multidisciplinary projects is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages. Command of the German language is an advantage.
  • Experience with subsidy processes is an advantage.
