Thirteen Improven consultants kick off 2023 with promotion

Consultancy firm Improven has started the year with thirteen promotions. It is the largest round of promotions in its history for the finance, IT and risk specialist.

The most senior-promotions in the promotion round are those of Michel Hoeijmans and Liselotte Lenstra, who are both making the move to Director-level. The former has worked for the agency for about nine years, leading Improven's IT Governance proposition. Lenstra, in turn, is part of Improven's Sales Management team. She also plays a role in the further expansion of the public domain.

Ivo Heijtel, who is part of the Project Management Department, has been appointed Managing Consultant, while Andjnie Patti and Willem-Jan Vos have been promoted to the Senior Consultant level.

Eight employees have made the move to Consultant. They are: Britt Lardée, Jasper van der Sman, Daphne Taekema, Jelmer Veldman, Catherine Clot, Wilbert Poppink, Tim Hengeveld and Martijn Visser.

According to managing partner Jan Bosman, the promotions are a direct result of the successful growth in recent years. "The development of Improven thus goes hand in hand with the personal development of all talent within Improven. Naturally, a warm congratulations to all Improvers on their next step in their development."

Improven has a team of over 150 consultants and staff members. The consultancy, which last year incorporated two small parties in view of its growth ambitions, works for parties in the public and private sectors.
