Utrecht, 25-10-2024 - Young Improven, the training programme for young talents within consultancy organisation Improven, is expanding its offering with a new development programme: Data Excellence & AI. This unique programme, which will start early next year, focuses on training young professionals to become advisory data & AI consultants. The programme responds to the growing demand for data experts with consulting skills in the market and is a valuable addition to Young Improven's current portfolio.
Responding to market demand
According to Ramon van den Heuvel, partner and responsible for the Business IT department at Improven, the launch of this programme is a logical step: "The market is increasingly asking for specialists who not only have technical data and AI knowledge, but are also able to convert these insights into pragmatic advice. Focus on consulting data professionals
The Data Excellence & AI development programme offers a broad curriculum in which participants not only gain subject-matter knowledge in data analysis, AI and business intelligence, but also develop skills in consultancy and advice. This sets Young Improven apart from other programmes on the market, which are often more technical in nature.

A unique development programme in a growing field
The Data Excellence & AI programme lasts 2 years and targets young professionals with a background in economics, business administration, computer science or data analytics. Participants are trained in a modular programme to become fully-fledged data and AI consultants, with the important final goal of obtaining an internationally recognised certification, such as the Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP). The programme offers a unique combination of subject-matter training, hands-on experience with customers, and intensive coaching by experienced professionals.
Anninga continues: "The programme is designed to give young talents the opportunity to develop broadly, both technically and in a consultancy capacity. This fits perfectly with our vision to deliver professionals who not only have the necessary technical knowledge, but are also able to apply it within organisations to make real impact."
Start recruitment ahead of launch in new year
Recruitment for the Data Excellence & AI development programme starts from now. Improven aims to have an initial group of 7 to 10 participants starting in March. "We are convinced that with this programme we have an attractive proposition for young professionals who want to develop further in the field of data and AI," said Van den Heuvel. "With the unique focus on consulting skills within a data context, we offer a distinctive path that will greatly benefit both our clients and the participants themselves."
