Development programme successfully completed!

Last month, Sebe, Sanne, Stas and Bram (from left to right) completed their development programme within IMPROVEN! From the Young IMPROVEN department, they have now officially moved on to one of the departments within IMPROVEN. So from now on, they will strengthen the It's Value, Projects & Change, Process Improvement and Business & IT teams with their fresh insights and accumulated expertise.

The conclusion of the development programme traditionally takes place at the Royal Industrial Grand Club in Amsterdam. Here, the foursome presented their journey and personal development within the Young IMPROVEN Programme to the IMPROVEN managers. During this presentation, they looked back at the challenges they overcame, the successes they achieved and the valuable experiences they gained at their various clients and assignments. 

Their inspiring presentations were a fantastic complement to the festive dinner. While enjoying delicious food and in good company, they reflected on this milestone and looked ahead to a promising future within IMPROVEN. We are proud of their growth and commitment and look forward to the impact they will make in their new roles.
