Improven Executive Search is recruiting a Senior Tax Advisory Manager for Moore MKW at its Veenendaal office.
As a Senior Manager in Tax Advisory, you will be joining a high-calibre portfolio of SME and SME+ clients, comprising business owners who need a reliable tax advisor to bounce ideas off.
You will be part of the Amersfoort – Putten – Veenendaal regional tax team, comprising 22 colleagues, where professional excellence, collaboration and entrepreneurship are key priorities.
You will have the freedom to further develop existing client relationships, build loyalty amongst new clients and actively contribute ideas regarding the direction and development of the tax practice. Drawing on your professional expertise, commercial acumen and leadership skills, you will be a key point of contact for business owners and directors. In addition, you will coach colleagues in their professional development and make a valuable contribution to the continued growth of both the team and the tax practice.
What will you do
- Responsible for providing high-quality tax advice to national and international clients.
- Monitors the quality of advice and ensures that it is technically sound and practical.
- Coordinates cases, monitors schedules and sets priorities.
- The first point of contact for clients and acts as the branch’s point of contact for tax matters.
- Supports and coaches tax advisers and tax return staff in their professional development.
- Helps to maintain and develop customer relationships and capitalise on opportunities within your own network.
- Works closely with accountants, lawyers and other specialists within Moore MKW.
- Makes an active contribution to the continued growth and development of the tax practice.
What we are looking for
- At least 8 years’ experience in tax consultancy.
- A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics.
- Completion of the NOB training programme is a strong advantage.
- Strong professional expertise and extensive experience in tax advisory matters.
- Excellent communication and business skills.
- Experience in coaching and developing professionals.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to help build a growing practice.
What to expect
- A gross annual salary of between €75,000 and €122,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Leased car and non-contributory pension.
