Project manager tenders facility services
In this assignment, you will be part of the P&P team and will work in the department responsible for Facility Management at this client. The team you will be part of is responsible for all facility services, both the part we complete with our own staff and the part outsourced to external parties.

Your role
As project manager procurement Facility Management Services, you will be responsible for all tenders required to properly set up Facility Management Services at this client in the coming years. The trigger for these tenders is the expiry of the current IFM (Integrated Facility Management) contract on 31-12-2026. Thereby, the request from management is to raise the Facility Management Services to a higher level for the renewed contracting in several lots. This means that a study is needed first, before the necessary tenders can actually be launched.
We are looking for a project manager who can independently drive the required facility services tenders, and set up an integrated working method for all tenders from preliminary research through to implementation and handover to the line organisation. In doing so, it is obviously important to ensure a smooth transition from the current IFM contract to the envisaged multiple multi-service contracts. This means that the various branches and locations of this client should be actively involved so as not to harm employee satisfaction.
Knowledge of the Facility Management field is a clear plus.
