Your role

As Project Controller at Hanab Telecom Infra, you will support project management in the planning & control cycle. You perform control activities and provide management with essential steering information about the operation, such as KPI reports and work package development versus forecast. You independently translate and analyse business results (both financial and operational) into useful management information and act as a sparring partner for the operation.

What will you do as Project Controller?

• The purpose of the function is to govern, account for and control one or more projects so as to contribute to the economic rationality of operations.
• You will support project implementation on a financial and operational level, contribute to the set-up of the planning and control cycle, and translate and analyse project results. You advise the Business Controller and the project organisation on deviations and prepare forecasts, risk analyses and reports.

What are your responsibilities as Project Controller?

• Support the decision-making process and monitor progress to achieve profit and return targets.
• Prepare and analyse reports and optimise internal operations.
• Support all phases of the project as financial conscience and contribute to the further development of the project organisation and project control.
• Analyse and report on opportunities and risks in case of budget deviations.
• Implement uniform structures and procedures aimed at optimising and controlling the administrative process.
• Prepare (liquidity) forecasts and project valuations, and analyse reality against planning.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, specifically with regard to digitisation and sustainability, and implement improvements.

Your profile

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a finance or business field.
• At least five years of relevant work experience in a similar position as a project controller.
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills and tact.
• Experience in digitalisation and sustainability is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and set priorities within the guidelines of the planning & control cycle.
