Hanab Distribution, based in Alphen aan den Rijn, has been the expert in pipeline and cable infrastructures for sustainable energy for 150 years. With smart solutions for wind and solar parks, gas installations, hydrogen pipelines and geothermal heat, Hanab plays an important key role in the energy transition. Hanab Distribution is at the start of a period of strong and sustainable growth - and therefore a new Project Controller is needed to help shape this development financially.

Your role
As Project Controller, you are the financial conscience within the project teams. You monitor progress, analyse deviations and support the decision-making process. You are a sparring partner for project leaders, Finance & Control and actively contribute to the further professionalisation of the project organisation.
What will you do as Project Controller?
- Report and analyse project budgets and prepare forecasts;
- Support project leaders in the planning & control cycle;
- Preparation of KPI reports and steering information for management;
- Identify and analyse risks such as budget overruns, delays or contractual deviations;
- Support the decision-making process and monitor profit and return targets;
- Prepare and analyse reports and optimise internal operations;
- Provide financial guidance at all stages of the project and contribute to the development of project control.
What do you bring?
- Completed college or university degree in business economics, finance or similar;
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a project controller or similar position (industry experience is a plus, not a requirement);
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills;
- Stress-resistant and able to switch between different projects;
- Team player with a keen sense of cost awareness and risk management.

- A salary of up to β¬80,000 gross per year, dependent on experience;
