Interim Clinic Manager
I am looking for an experienced Interim Clinic Manager for a specialist healthcare organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing two branches in the Haaglanden region. This is a six-month interim assignment, working four days a week. The role is to start shortly.
You combine operational leadership with tactical management and maintain a visible presence on the shop floor. You know how to bring staff together, improve processes and deliver results within a dynamic healthcare environment. In addition, you ensure a consistent approach across both sites and act as a key sparring partner for management and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Ultimately responsible for the day-to-day management of two branches.
- Managing healthcare professionals and support staff.
- Ensuring the quality, safety and continuity of care provision.
- Optimising processes, patient flows and operational performance.
- Focusing on productivity, efficiency and staff satisfaction.
- Identifying and implementing improvements within the organisation.
- A sparring partner for management and relevant stakeholders.
Profile
You are a strong, unifying and decisive manager who quickly gets a clear picture of the situation and motivates people to take action. You switch effortlessly between strategy and implementation, and know how to bring calm, structure and results.
In addition, you will have:
- Proven managerial experience within an independent treatment centre (ZBC), an outpatient care setting, a hospital or another organisation providing scheduled care.
- Experience of managing teams and sites in an operational environment.
- Experience in process optimisation, quality improvement and operational management.
- A coaching and collaborative leadership style, with experience in change management processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
