INTERIM AI LEAD FOR DATA & COMMUNICATION
Improven is seeking an experienced Interim AI Lead for a major non-profit organisation in the Randstad, to further professionalise data-driven working within the communications division and implement the organisation’s first AI solutions. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on implementation and focuses on increasing the impact of online communication and developing a future-proof AI approach.
Some of your duties
- Developing and implementing a data-driven communications and AI strategy.
- Translating user data into insights, dashboards and communication advice.
- Leading the AI programme and coordinating stakeholders.
- Implementing data infrastructure and AI prototypes.
- Establishing monitoring, quality assurance and AI governance.
- Preparing for organisation-wide AI adoption and knowledge transfer.
What are you bringing?
- HBO/WO level of working and thinking, preferably in AI, Data Science or Computer Science.
- At least 5 years’ experience with AI, data and digitalisation projects.
- Proven experience with generative AI, data platforms and analytics.
- Experience of project or programme management within complex organisations.
- Knowledge of the GDPR, privacy, security and the responsible use of AI.
- Strong in stakeholder management, change management and knowledge transfer.

- Start: early October, for a period of approximately 6 months
- The role is for a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Location: Randstad
