What will you do as a CONSULTANT IT PROJECT DELIVERY at IMPROVEN?

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of digital transformation projects at our clients. You ensure that complex IT implementations do not get stuck in plans and PowerPoints, but lead to working solutions that are embraced by the organisation. You bring structure where lacking, clarity where needed and pace where possible. You are in constant dialogue with stakeholders: from product owners and architects to managers and directors. You function as a sparring partner, advisor and challenger, someone who asks questions, thinks along with you, adjusts and gives direction at times when it really matters.

You step into an environment where delivery is taken seriously, but where there is also room to become smarter, more human and more effective. That is exactly where your playing field lies: making projects succeed by combining structure, collaboration and execution power to make digital change work.

Some of your duties

Leading IT projects and programmes from initiative phase to handover & assurance.
Setting up governance structures (RACI, decision-making rhythm, risk steering) that ensure pace and quality.
Translating objectives into roadmaps, deliverables and clear acceptance criteria.
Choosing and applying the right delivery approach (agile, hybrid or more structured) appropriate to context and maturity.
Directing stakeholders in business, IT and governance; visibly connect and professionally manage escalations.
Transparent reporting on progress, risks and dependencies (portfolio level where necessary).
Ensuring that change lands: organise communication, guidance and adoption structurally.
Actively contribute to the further further development of our Digital Services propositions.

This is where you recognise yourself

You seek substantive challenge, autonomy and meaningful impact.
You have 5-10 years of experience As an IT project manager or consultant within digital transformations.
You want organisations better leave behind than you found them: substantively strong, people-oriented and results-driven.
You can analyse complex situations and reduce them to clear choices and actions.
Hbo/wo background, e.g. business administration, (business) computing or Business-IT.
You understand both the technical if the organisational side of IT change.
Governance, project control and stakeholder management are your natural qualities.
You are familiar with methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2, IPMA or PMP.
You communicate powerfully and clearly, both towards management and project teams.
You enjoy working in a consultancy environment where responsibility, ownership and collaboration are key.
