What do you do as a COMMERCIAL EMPLOYEE at IMPROVEN?

In this role, you are the commercial engine behind our Sales team. You maintain an overview, provide structure and ensure that commercial opportunities are not wasted. You interact daily with account managers, consultants and other colleagues and know exactly what is going on.  You understand our services, recognise opportunities and actively participate in matching processes. Thanks to you, customer questions are sharply worked out, profiles well prepared and proposals timely and of high quality.  The result of your work is immediately visible: better matches, faster follow-up and a professional image towards customers. 
 
 
Some of your duties
  • You work intensively together with Sales, consultants, MT & Partners and project administration. You know our consultants well  
  • You monitor quality and bring structure and overview to the commercial process, including project evaluations and lead registration 
  • You (co)manage our platform for enquiries and offers 
  • You will support the relationship managers on the Top-Accounts and provide support where needed and desired 
  • Sharpening and editing our consultants' profiles so that they perfectly match client demand 
  • Administrative handling around tenders, contract management and won contracts 
  • Support of ongoing sales and (marketing) campaigns & events 

This is where you recognise yourself

  • MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level 
  • Experience in a commercial support or administrative role (pré) 
  • You work in a structured, precise and solution-oriented way 
  • Affinity with consultancy, recruitment or project support can make a difference 
  • Experience with CRM systems would be handy! (Preferably Leadcast) 
  • You are not afraid to approach someone or pick up the phone to get things arranged
