Finance team leader

As Team Leader Finance at Improven, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient execution of financial processes and projects. You will manage a team of 3 people (general ledger, project administration, debtors and creditors) and work operationally in the department. You are the link between the team and management and contribute to the development of financial services. You will also streamline the financial processes and provide valuable insights/reports to internal and external stakeholders. Advancement to the position of controller is possible (within 2 years).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership: Managing, coaching and developing the finance team.
Project management: Coordinate and manage financial processes (such as ERP system implementation).
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems.
Customer contact: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients and advise them on financial issues and solutions.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations and internal policies.

What do you bring:

Training: Completed MBO+ / HBO education in Finance, Business Economics or similar.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a finance role, experience in a leadership role is a plus.
Skills:
- Analytically strong and problem-solving.
- Extensive knowledge of financial systems and ERP software (Exact)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude. Solution- and service-oriented
