The team

Our Connected HR team helps clients successfully implement, optimise and digitise HR. We ensure that HR is in control of the HR processes, has reliable data and reports and an appropriate HR system. We help improve HR operations and organise processes more intelligently. We help HR in the digital transition in order to be future-proof. Examples of issues here could be: advice on HR sourcing, optimisation of HR processes, improving HR data quality, HR package selection and implementation of HR applications.

Within Improven, Connected HR is a growing branch and therefore we are looking for colleagues who want to think and share their knowledge with customers as well as internally. As Senior consultant HR Transformation you will guide our customers on a project basis in the analysis of needs, definition, implementation and optimisation of HR solutions. You fulfil the role of advisor, project leader, implementation supervisor or content expert.

In addition to the projects you do with our clients, you enjoy contributing internally to product development in the form of new services in the HR field, publishing articles and organising meetings for clients. This makes you seen as a respected subject specialist!

Are you our 'perfect match'?

Then you at least meet the following requirements: you have the ability to analyse complex issues, generate solutions and formulate them in a clear and structured way. You are also enterprising, ambitious and commercially minded. Managing large and/or multiple complex assignments within the HR domain is right up your street. You have proven yourself as a consultant with a hands-on mentality and are focused on implementing structural solutions. Where you see the potential of leads, you seize the opportunity to win assignments. What else do you bring?

  • You have an academic working and thinking level (preferably in the field of business economics, business administration or HR);
  • You have at least 5 years' work experience with demonstrable business and/or HR knowledge and experience within the HR field. You have experience or affinity with systems and digitalisation;
  • You have knowledge of the market and different players in the HR software market;
  • you are able to translate developments in the HR area into opportunities in your own work and that of others;
  • you are used to working on projects and are familiar with (and preferably certified in) both Agile and other project management methods (such as Prince II).

  • Further employment conditions such as training budget, expense allowance, our mobility scheme and all other important matters, we will be happy to go through them with you;
  • If you prefer to work with us through a different construction, we will gladly work out with you which form of contract suits you best.
