Job information
As Business Manager, you play a vital role in identifying, attracting and mediating senior professionals for our clients. You will do this from a 360-degree role.
Your main duties include:
- Responsible for senior recruitment assignments for our clients, from search to conducting selection interviews to presenting qualified candidates to clients and guiding them through the selection process.
- Supporting the search of senior interim professionals serving fellow Business managers.
- Maintain and expand the network of clients and candidates.
- Professionalising the search and recruitment process & optimal use of tooling such as LinkedIn and Carerix.
- Business partner of the client - advising on labour market developments/ the recruitment process.
- Supervising negotiatingingen on salary and working conditions between candidates and customers.
Job requirements
- HBO/WO working and thinking level
- At least 5 years of proven experience in recruitment, recruitment/selection/business management.
- Excellent interview skills and ability to assess candidates effectively.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and technology is a plus.
- Experience as a business partner for senior clients; you are knowledgeable, decisive & connecting.
- Furthermore, you are communicatively strong, creative, take initiative and have the power of persuasion.
