Doing what energises you

In the position of employee project management and administration, you ensure a correct project administration from A to Z. This includes the administration and invoicing of the projects from the business. You are also responsible for processing changes and reporting on the completeness of the project files. Together with your enthusiastic colleagues, you are the point of contact in our back office and seek connections with internal stakeholders and clients. Based on your expertise, you give solicited and unsolicited advice to project managers and your superior. Improven is a growing organisation where we continuously invest in optimising our processes and systems. What do you bring:

MBO working and thinking level;
Relevant work experience. You may also have obtained this experience from an internship or side job;
Good oral and written skills (Dutch). This is because in this position, questions from the business (internal and external customer) come and need to be answered. Being communicatively strong is therefore necessary;
You are solution- and service-oriented. You are also assertive enough to retrieve missing information from the manager in charge or from the customer. Being afraid to speak to someone is not in your vocabulary;
You are organised and accurate. You check for completeness, timeliness and accuracy of project records including keeping them up-to-date.

Salary between €2,800 and €3,200 based on full-time employment appropriate to your education and experience;
