IMPROVEN strengthens with Jan Bloem.

Jan Bloem, consultant and specialist in project portfolio management and benefits management will make the move to IMPROVEN from 1 April 2019. There, Jan will use his knowledge and expertise to give a growth impetus to the activities in the field of project & portfolio management and PMOs.

IMPROVEN is a consultancy focused on improving processes, projects and information provision, from a financial, IT and risk perspective. With around 100 enthusiastic and creative professionals and with a proven approach, IMPROVEN works with their clients to achieve solid results in the public and private sectors. No thick reports but working solutions and actual implementation power.

Jan is considered an authority on project portfolio management in the Netherlands, including through his association with the PPM Jaarcongres since 2004. He has helped and inspired many organisations to make decision-making on their projects more effective, thereby increasing their power of change and agility. From now on, he will join forces from within IMPROVEN, not only with specialists from the Projects & Change department, but also with performance improvement specialists from the other IMPROVEN disciplines
