What will you do as a Data & AI consultant at IMPROVEN?

As Consultant Data & AI at IMPROVEN, you work in the preliminary phase of data and AI issues: exactly where vision, strategy, governance and organisation come together. You will help clients deploy data responsibly and effectively, so that strategic ambitions are actually realised.

You advise on data strategy and data governance, support decision-making and create coherence between policy, organisation and information provision. In this way, you ensure better decision-making, clear ownership and data that is actually used. You work closely with data analysts, BI specialists and other experts, but your strength lies in consultancy, analysis and advice, not in building code.

With your ability to reduce complex data and AI issues to their essence, you make them understandable and applicable for different target groups. In doing so, you help organisations take concrete steps towards data-driven work and realise sustainable improvements.

Some of your duties

You work intensively together with Sales, consultants, MT & Partners and project administration. You know our consultants well
You monitor quality and bring structure and overview to the commercial process, including project evaluations and lead registration
You (co)manage our platform for enquiries and offers
You will support the relationship managers on the Top-Accounts and provide support where needed and desired
Sharpening and editing our consultants' profiles so that they perfectly match client demand
Administrative handling around tenders, contract management and won contracts
Support of ongoing sales and (marketing) campaigns & events

You analyse sharply and translate data into concrete insights and substantiated recommendations
You have 2-8 years' experience as a consultant in terms of data governance, data quality and/or data strategy
You enjoy working together and actively contribute to team results and knowledge sharing.
You have thorough knowledge of data management principles such as data ownership, definitions, lineage and data quality
You are familiar with relevant laws and regulations around data (privacy, security, compliance)
You take ownership and feel responsible for the whole process: from strategy to insight
You have experience within a consultancy organisation and enjoys combining client assignments with building IMPROVEN
You communicate clearly and interact easily with different stakeholders
You combine knowledge of AI and data with a good sense of business and context
You have relevant certifications, such as DAMA-DMBOK/CDMP, or technical certifications (preferred)
You may build and maintain yourself dashboards and reports driving KPIs and decision-making
