Where will you make a difference?
In this role, you are the commercial engine behind our Sales team. You will ensure that all processes behind the scenes are tightly organised, so that our consultants and account managers can make maximum impact. You will switch quickly, recognise opportunities, understand our services and actively participate in matching processes. You work with senior stakeholders, monitor quality and bring structure to a dynamic environment.
Every day is different! From keeping track of all pending applications and offers to interacting with our consultants and their CVs in the dedicated portal. From planning and matching to the administrative start-up of projects (you will therefore work closely with project administration).
In short: you make everything run. And we notice it immediately.
Some of your duties
- Matching and qualifying leads for our consultants in the CRM system
- Administrative handling around tenders, contract management, project evaluation and lead registration
- Managing and rewriting CVs for a seamless fit with customer demand
- Supporting relationship managers with our customer network
- Support ongoing sales and marketing campaigns
What do you bring?
- MBO+/ HBO working and thinking level, preferably in the field of Commercial, Business Administration, Communication, Office Management, HRM or similar studies
- Demonstrable work experience in a commercial support or administrative role is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent command of the Dutch language and a good command of English
- Affinity with recruitment, consultancy or project management is a plus
