We are proud to present Young Improven, a new two-year programme for creative and inspired budding consultants. Young Talent. Thinking Doers!
For 2 years, you will get a behind-the-scenes perspective and be active within multiple disciplines at Improven. In addition, you will have a personal coach, a senior or managing consultant who will serve as your sparring partner and point of reference. All Young Improvers receive a permanent contract and a market-based benefits package. After two years, you will progress as a Consultant in one of the disciplines of your choice!
The Young Improven programme starts on 1 March 2018; we are already in full swing with its recruitment and the first assignments are also a reality!
