What will you do as a (SENIOR) BUSINESS CONSULTANT TRANSFORMATION LAB at IMPROVEN?

As a Senior Consultant at TLAB You will work on a wide range of organisational challenges in which the human and organisational aspects are key to success: from mergers and integrations and the adoption of AI to cultural change, growth and professionalisation.

Some of your duties

Developing effective leadership. You coach leaders and leadership teams to gain insight into their behaviour and impact, to set a shared direction, to make more informed decisions and to strengthen a sense of ownership.
Building strong teams. You help teams set clear goals and priorities, break out of patterns, and develop the behaviour and trust needed to take joint responsibility for results.
Strengthening agile organisations. You will guide cultural and behavioural change, strengthen the organisation’s capacity for change, and help to develop collaboration, roles and decision-making in line with the organisation’s ambitions.
Designing and implementing. You get to the heart of the issue and translate this into an appropriate approach, ranging from a targeted intervention to a multi-year change programme. You do not simply offer advice from the sidelines, but work alongside the client to actually bring about the change.
Further develop TLAB. You will build customer relationships, identify commercial opportunities and actively contribute to the development of our propositions, Experiences and market position.

This is where you recognise yourself?

We are looking for an experienced consultant who can quickly get to the heart of complex organisational issues, motivate people and help drive change. You combine a sharp understanding of the subject matter with the ability to build relationships, an entrepreneurial spirit and a pragmatic approach.

A solid foundation: you hold a Master’s degree and have at least five years’ relevant consultancy experience in change management, organisational, team and/or leadership development.
Consultancy and implementation skills: you ask the question behind the question, are not afraid to challenge people’s assumptions, and translate complex issues into a focused approach that you implement together with the client.
Commercial and entrepreneurial: you spot opportunities, build lasting customer relationships and are energised by the prospect of further developing TLAB.
Engaging and persuasive: you move effortlessly between different perspectives and levels, and are confident in front of any group, from a team to the boardroom.
Hands-on and inquisitive: you take the initiative, experiment and aren’t afraid to try things differently.
Experience in the public sector: experience of consultancy and change management projects within the public sector is an advantage.

Salary between €4,500 and €6,500. We take your knowledge, (work) experience and (growth) potential into account in our final offer.

Non-contributory pension which means you do not contribute to a (financially) regulated future at TLAB and you keep more net spending space.
