Employment conditions

Improven annually tests all terms of employment against a comparative independent market survey. Below is a brief overview of the fringe benefits.

Permanent employment contract

In principle, your employment contract is for an indefinite period. For certain positions, it is possible to work part-time.

Performance reward

For everyone, we have an annual bonus, which partly depends on your performance and the company's results.

Car or mobility allowance

Improven will provide you with a car with fuel card. You can also choose to drive your own car and receive a monthly mobility allowance. In that case, you will also receive a variable allowance of € 0.23 per business kilometre.

28 holidays

You are entitled to 28 holidays per year. At Improven, you can also add or sell holidays.

Expense allowance

Each month, you will receive an expense allowance of 55 euros net per month.

Personal and professional development

Improven vindt het belangrijk dat je je vaktechnisch en persoonlijk verder kunt blijven ontwikkelen. We hebben een goede studieregeling die het mogelijk maakt om interne en externe opleidingen en trainingen te volgen. Je kunt gebruik maken van een opleidingsbudget van 2500 euro per jaar.

Non-contributory pension

Improven has a pension scheme. Your premium is paid in full each month by Improven. There is also the possibility to supplement this pension with your own contribution. You can decide how your premiums are invested.

Cheaper (because collective) insurance

If you work at Improven, you can, possibly with your family members, benefit from several collective insurances such as accident, car, travel and health insurance at a reduced rate.

Phone & Subscription

You will receive a mobile including a subscription from Improven.

Laptop

You will receive a nice laptop with accessories from Improven.
