For MOORE In the Zwolle region, Improven Executive Search is exclusively looking for a Senior Manager Tax Advice; a management position within a leading accounting and consulting organisation with a strong SME/MKB+ practice and a solid position in the region.

This role of is ideally suited to a Senior Manager, who as a Trusted Advisor knows how to effortlessly combine strong communication skills with tax subject matter, commercial skills and affinity with AI developments for the benefit of branch services.

Within this position, the emphasis is on:
- Achieving high-quality, client-oriented tax advice for SMEs/SME+ companies;
- Retaining existing clients and further expanding your network and client portfolio commercially;
- ensuring and applying professional quality and timeliness of tax advice;
- Contributing actively to the supervision, coaching and development of (junior) tax advisers and tax return staff, both professionally and professionally.
We ask
- A completed WO degree in Tax Law, Fiscal Economics or NOB course;
- As a senior manager, extensive experience in taxation within the SME sector;
- Commercial talents related to customer relationship management and further expansion of the customer portfolio;
- Solid communication skills at all levels, both internally and with external stakeholders and clients;
- Some knowledge in digitalisation and deployment of AI;
- A team builder who wants to contribute to further enthuse and build the team;
- Someone preferably from the well-known “circle of Zwolle”.
What we offer you
- A good salary, depending on your knowledge & experience, of up to €9,400.- (full-time) gross per month excluding 8% holiday allowance;
- Bonus: Upon successful achievement of predetermined targets, commitment is rewarded with a bonus of up to one gross monthly salary
- 30 holidays with the possibility of buying additional leave days;
- Interesting lease arrangement with employer contribution OR mobility allowance;
- Non-contributory pension (defined contribution with a maximum pensionable salary)
