Your role

In an organisation where digital security, compliance and risk management are increasingly important, you play a crucial role. As Senior IT Risk Officer, you will support the first line in identifying and managing risks within complex IT environments.

You will be part of a specialised team in IT Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance. Together, you ensure the reliability and security of technology, processes and business information. You advise on risks, monitor mitigating measures and report on progress. In addition, you actively participate in projects and programmes and act as the first point of contact for IT risk management.

The IT domain you work with consists of multiple departments managing a variety of applications and infrastructure, from small systems to solutions with a large social reach. You will work intensively with colleagues from the organisation as well as external partners to ensure that the IT environment remains secure, stable and future-proof.

You are a proactive professional who takes responsibility for results and moves easily within a larger organisation. You are collaborative by nature, easily connect with different stakeholders and also dare to be critical when necessary.

Information security and risk management are subjects you are passionate about, and you know that this sometimes requires persuasion and breaking through resistance. You help management teams shape their risk management and support colleagues in their further development.

What you bring:

HBO or academic work and thinking level;
Up-to-date IT knowledge;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
One of the following certifications: CRISC, MoR, CISM or CISA;
Knowledge of methodologies such as CRSA, Bowtie, COSO ERM, Prince2, Scrum, SAFe;
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT risk management or similar role.

What we offer you

An attractive gross annual salary of up to €94,000.
16.33% individual choice budget, to be used for, among other things, extra salary, days off, pension or a sabbatical;
