House of Control becomes part of Improven

Improven has added House of Control to its network, a knowledge base for financials dealing with in-control issues.

The brainchild of Sjoerd Olde Bijvank, House of Control has become a household name among control specialists in our country over the past decade. Every year, some 300,000 visitors consult the platform for knowledge and content on risk management, planning & control cycles, procuration schemes and organisational models.

"The partnership with House of Control fits perfectly with our strategy to take a leading and knowledge-driven position in financial management," said Jan Bosman, Managing Partner of Improven.

Improven's 150-plus consultants specialise in the finance domain, focusing, among other things, on related topics such as risk, information provision and control - a field that ensures that organisations are able to run their primary business processes in a controlled manner.

Under the wing of the consultancy, House of Control will be further developed from a knowledge base into a "true community for financials". Together, the two parties will invest in new possibilities and features for the constituency, and Improven's control experts will also contribute to knowledge leadership and knowledge sharing.

Earlier this year, Improven managed to attract growth money from Quadrum Capital. Just under two months later, it took the Utrecht-based IT finance specialist It's Value over.
