Where will you make a difference?

As a Senior Consultant at TLAB, you will be the driving force behind successful change projects. You guide organisations, teams and leaders through complex transformations and ensure visible, sustainable results. In this role, you combine your expertise in behavioural change and leadership development with practical solutions that prepare organisations for the future.

What will you do?

Guiding cultural and organisational change: You lead processes aimed at strengthening behaviour, leadership and cooperation within teams.
Developing teams: You help teams optimise their collaboration and deliver top performance.
Inspiring and transforming leaders: Through tailor-made leadership programmes, you coach managers to become energetic leaders.
Breaking ingrained patterns: You introduce new, innovative ways of working that make organisations more agile and future-proof.

Together with the specialists of TLAB and Improven, you make an impact by empowering organisations and their people. You are the connecting link that brings theory and practice together more and even better.

Are you the energetic leader we are looking for?

We are looking for a driven professional who not only wants to make an impact, but actually does so in organisational and leadership development. Do you recognise yourself in this? Then we are looking for you! What do you bring?

A solid theoretical foundation: You have a completed university Master's degree, for example in the field of; (business) economics, business administration, psychology or organisational sciences.
Experience that counts: Minimum 4-6 years of demonstrable work experience in an organisational consulting firm, focusing on change management, organisational science, team development or leadership.
Commercial acumen: You have experience with acquisition and commercial processes. You know how to spot opportunities and turn them into valuable collaborations.
Communication power: You are a connector at every level of/in the organisation, with a talent for communicating clearly and persuasively.
Hands-on mentality: You like to roll up your sleeves, experiment and strive for real breakthroughs. Falling makes you stronger.
Stage fright? Not you! You love being in front of a group, giving energy, inspiring others and beaming!

What else can you count on?

Permanent employment. Our confidence in you is high, an indefinite contract confirms that.
The number of hours per week you work will be decided together!
Salary between €3,200 and €6,500. We will take your knowledge, (work) experience and (growth) potential into account in our final offer.
Phone, laptop and accessories. Everything you need to do your job well.
Non-contributory pension which means you do not contribute to a (financially) regulated future at TLAB and you keep more net spending space.
Further terms of employment such as; training budget, expense allowance, our mobility scheme etc. are part of the final proposal.
Lots of fun (sports) activities and social events together with your colleagues within TLAB/Improven.
