- Setting up, improving and rolling out recruitment strategies
- Actively search, approach and enthuse candidates
- Creating a strong and distinctive candidate experience
- Working with stakeholders as a business partner within recruitment
- Further developing campus recruitment and employer branding
- Smart use of data, systems and social media
- Contributing to inclusive and forward-looking recruitment
- Continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools
This is where you recognise yourself
- HBO/WO working and thinking level
- 2 years of work experience as a (Junior) Corporate Recruiter
- You move easily within a professional organisation
- Experience with and knowledge of a ATS
- You have strong communication skills, creativity and persuasiveness
- You work in a structured way, take ownership and dare to take initiative
- You see recruitment as more than just filling vacancies
