What do you do as a CORPORATE RECRUITER at IMPROVEN?

In this role, you will have a direct impact on our growth and culture. You make sure that the right people come in: consultants with strong content who fit who we are. You own the end-to-end recruitment process within our expertise groups. From intake and advice to writing sharp, honest and distinctive vacancy texts. From active search and personal approach to conducting good interviews and guiding you towards the offer. You work closely with hiring managers and act as a full-fledged business partner. You challenge, advise and help make choices. Tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter support you, but your professionalism, people skills and sense of quality make the difference. You step into an environment where recruitment is taken seriously, but where there is also room for improvement. Smarter, more human and more effective. That is exactly where your playing field lies.
Some of your duties
  • Setting up, improving and rolling out recruitment strategies
  • Actively search, approach and enthuse candidates
  • Creating a strong and distinctive candidate experience
  • Working with stakeholders as a business partner within recruitment
  • Further developing campus recruitment and employer branding
  • Smart use of data, systems and social media
  • Contributing to inclusive and forward-looking recruitment
  • Continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools

This is where you recognise yourself

  • HBO/WO working and thinking level
  • 2 years of work experience as a (Junior) Corporate Recruiter
  • You move easily within a professional organisation
  • Experience with and knowledge of a ATS
  • You have strong communication skills, creativity and persuasiveness
  • You work in a structured way, take ownership and dare to take initiative
  • You see recruitment as more than just filling vacancies
