Tijdens het Jaarcongres heeft Jan Bloem namens Improven samen met het Martiniziekenhuis een praktijkcase toegelicht over de\u00a0ambities en digitale strategie van het Martini Ziekenhuis.\u00a0 We zijn dieper ingegaan op thema&#8217;s rondom het Project Portfolio Management (PPM) van het Martini Ziekenhuis. Centraal stonden daarbij de keuzes op verschillende niveaus in de organisatie?
