Het thema leeft en wordt relevant geacht. Om ons te laten inspireren heeft Improven in 2022 het Charter Diversiteit met de SER getekend (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ser.nl\/nl\/thema\/diversiteitinbedrijf\/~\/link.aspx?_id=17DB1A2E37FA44A09D63EA8E3756DC3D&amp;_z=z\">Proces | SER Diversiteit in Bedrijf<\/a>) waardoor wij met de ondertekenaars delen wat wel en niet werkt, zodat we samen verder komen in het vormgeven van succesvol diversiteit en inclusie-beleid.
