As the world’s foremost authority on cross-border taxation, IBFD has offices in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Head Office), the United States, Malaysia and China.

The Marketing Department is responsible for IBFD’s marketing communications covering digital marketing and public relation marketing, as well as product development support activities such as usage analytics & monitoring, market & UX research, competitive & trend intelligence. In order to support IBFD in becoming increasingly customer centric.


Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and implementing SEO approach– ensuring continuous development to stay relevant to our customers and the wider digital landscape.
  • Ownership of the website. Contribute to and execute the web strategy, aligned with the marketing strategy. Identify and pass requirements for website development to the development team and support them in delivery.
  • Manage website analytical reporting and analysis ensuring data quality, development of the tools, and reporting data insights to the entire organization.
  • Develop and implement UX and CRO plans. Work with technology teams to deliver an improved UX and customer journey.
  • Stakeholder management in terms of coordinating with the various client facing departments such as sales, customer support and administration as well, as the product owners of the various paid service- and research Platforms, for instance the publishers.


IBFD is looking for a DMM professional who matches the following criteria. You:

  • Like to put online marketing for IBFD on the map and work closely with the Marketing Manager;
  • Have sufficient seniority to counter managers with figures and research; able to manage stakeholders;
  • Have 4+ years experience in digital marketing roles in B2B environment, including experience with several CRM systems and performance marketing;
  • Are tech savvy and have knowledge on aspects such as: CRO, SEO, Email Marketing, Lead Management, Analytics, Paid Advertising, Online Campaigns, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing;
  • Combine a hands-on attitude with an helicopter view
  • Are result-driven and have fun in measuring and generating more online leads and sales;
  • Have a good command of the English Language.


The remuneration is in accordance with the weight of the role.
