Real insights come from visualising it, being an active part of it, feeling and experiencing it, and being inspired by it.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"x_xmsolistparagraph\"><span lang=\"NL\">2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><b><span lang=\"NL\">More focus on real-time data as an accelerator for process improvement<\/span><\/b><b><span lang=\"NL\">\u202f<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<p>The pace of process improvement depends on data maturity; data must be accessible and of high quality. Real-time visibility into performance, quality, and remediation is becoming crucial for process improvement. No insights, business cases or risk management are possible without good data.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"x_xmsolistparagraph\"><span lang=\"NL\">3.<\/span><span lang=\"NL\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><b><span lang=\"NL\">Work happiness as a criterion for process design<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<p class=\"x_xmsolistparagraph\"><span lang=\"NL\">Adding customer value has long been the ideal for good processes, but work happiness is becoming increasingly important. Companies are discovering that efficient processes can contribute to work happiness by enabling more meaning, freedom, stronger relationships and making best use of talents. The focus is shifting from efficiency to social factors, with processes gaining value by promoting connectedness and meaning. By effectively optimising and automating business processes, companies can operate more sustainably and reduce their ecological footprint. Think of more efficient use of raw materials, lower energy consumption and minimising waste streams. Organisations are increasingly dependent on complex supply chains. Effective monitoring of these chains ensures better cooperation, increased transparency and faster problem resolution.
