Writing books on continuous improvement is fun, talking about it is even more fun! Following on from our book and blogs, we are therefore launching our first podcast<\/a>: The taste of perfection<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In this podcast, we discuss continuous improvement and the pursuit of perfection with interesting guests. The podcasts give a nice depth to our book. Where the book focuses mainly on the philosophy and approach of continuous improvement, in the podcast we deepen this story by talking about the change management side. And that from different, sometimes surprising angles.<\/span><\/p>\n

What does perfection actually mean? Is perfection something positive or negative? How do you make sure you get the best out of yourself, a team and organisation? How do you deal with the knowledge that you may never achieve perfection? And most importantly, what can organisations learn from people looking at the subject from these different backgrounds? No management language, but lessons from practice to get moving. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
