Guido has been involved in building and further growing IMPROVEN in various roles since its inception. Currently, Guido leads the group of Young Improven Professionals. With Guido joining, there are currently seven partners associated with IMPROVEN.<\/p>\n<p>According to Jan Bosman (managing partner), Guido's appointment is an excellent fit with the growth IMPROVEN is experiencing. \"It is a great moment for Improven and Guido. I have come to know Guido as a very passionate and technically strong professional with great commitment to the organisation. Besides his direct input to projects and clients, Guido often takes colleagues in tow as an ambassador of Skate4AIR to link sporting achievements to social causes. It is with great confidence that we enter the next phase of IMPROVEN's development and growth.
