Last Tuesday, Improven was present as guest speaker at the 5-year anniversary of Project Management in Care. For five years now, Project Management in Care has been successful as the annual conference for & by project professionals working in care and cure. During the Annual Conference, Jan Bloem explained a practical case on behalf of Improven together with the Martini Hospital about its ambitions and digital strategy. We went deeper into themes surrounding the Martini Hospital's Project Portfolio Management (PPM). Central to this were the choices at different levels in the organisation? How to easily track projects from start to completion? and how to bring everyone along in the tightened division of roles and a new culture of giving feedback?<\/p>\n
