Improven has brought two new young professionals on board: Wouter Bruel and Matthijs Bennemeer. Both will be part of the Young Improven programme, within which they will carry out assignments in the fields of healthcare project management and HR process optimisation.<\/em><\/p>\n

Earlier this year, the Wouter Bruel <\/strong>completed his master's degree in Strategic Management at Tilburg University, focusing on entrepreneurship on the one hand and consultancy on the other. Earlier, he obtained his bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics. During his studies, Bruel gained extensive knowledge in data analytics, consultancy skills, innovation strategies and (international) management.<\/p>\n

Besides his education, the young professional gained some (direct) sales experience. He also worked briefly in the HR department of a printer supplier and has experience as a promotional assistant. Furthermore, during several internships he has conducted customer satisfaction surveys and drafted sales plans, among other things. With his new challenge at Improven<\/a>, Bruel joins a consultancy with some eighty professionals, supporting clients on issues at the intersection of finance, IT and risk.<\/p>\n

Also Matthijs Bennemeer<\/strong> has been part of the Young Improven team since the beginning of September. Earlier this year, he obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hogeschool Utrecht, shortly after previously completing a degree in Commercial Economics at the Academy for Economics and Entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

As part of his studies, Bennemeer completed several internships. These included working within a management consultancy firm, for which he researched knowledge sharing within the organisation. For Raet - Improven since 2017 certified partner<\/a> of the IT player - Bennemeer's research included the most effective use of market intelligence to improve business results. Furthermore, the young professional has been administratively active within Utrecht University of Applied Sciences in recent years, as chairman of the Joint Education Committee (GOC) for the Institute of Business Administration.<\/p>\n

Young Improven<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Young Improven<\/a> programme was created in 2018 to train young, talented team members. The programme lasts for two years and teaches trainees to \u201cmaster the tricks of the consultant's trade\u201d. To this end, participants are mentored on both professional and personal matters by experienced consultants from the consultancy firm.<\/p>\n

The two brand-new trainees will carry out various assignments within the Young Improven programme in the field of project management in healthcare and HR process optimisation.
