Pragmatic Project Management training<\/h4>\n

Specifically for Project Owners \/ Clients \/ Steering Committee, we have developed a curriculum that better enables them to fulfil their own role within a project\/programme based on role clarity, which also contributes to the performance of the project leader\/project manager and thus the ultimate project result for the organisation.<\/p>\n

In practice, we find that the need also arises through training the project leaders\/project managers, which causes them to develop strongly and, in the project owner\/steering group, also creates a development need as a result, so that they can continue to function as a sparring partner and jointly achieve an optimal project result.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t
