I like to look at the strengths of teams and individuals and use these to improve processes. In addition, I try to see which small changes have a major impact on the efficiency of a process. Getting the best out of others and myself is what energises me!<\/p>\n<p>With my knowledge and experience in Agile, Scrum and LEAN Black Belt SS and a background in psychology and HRD, I have successfully completed several assignments. My strength lies in thinking in challenges; what others perceive as a problem or obstacle, I look at positively and see as a challenge for improvement and development. I mainly deal with optimising customer processes. On the one hand by being involved in improvement projects and on the other by providing training.
